For The Past 18 Months I've Noticed What Appears To

For the past 18 months I've noticed what appears to be a pouch under the skin on my right cheek, close to my nose. About once a month a "blind pimple" will form and then subside after a day or two. I feel like fluid is trapped under the skin and trying to surface and need advice on how I can remove the puffy pouch for good.
