For The Past 2 Days Just When I'm About To

For the past 2 days just when I'm about to finish urinating I feel pain in the clitoris. There is no pain when I start urinating only when I'm about to finish. It continues to hurt a number of seconds afterwards, but then the pain goes away. There is no pain at any other time. What should I do to help this situation?
