For The Past 2 Days L Have Had Symptoms Of

For the past 2 days l have had symptoms of for lack of better description loss of taste for food and even kind of a bitter taste with food. Today I woke with headache behind the ears. Mild loose bowel (colitis) taking prescription pepto bizmol I do not eat red meat to speak of except an occasional beef taco salad. I drink 1,sometimes 2 glasses of red wine with dinner. I am 5 feet 5 inches ,178 lbs, 68 years old. Any suggestions?
