For The Past 2 Weeks I Have Had A Few

For the past 2 weeks I have had a few bumps on my inner thigh and buttocks. They are very itchy and 2 more have just appeared in the last few days. They don't seem to be getting any smaller and almost feel rough on top but hard in the middle. Not sure if they are bug bites or something else. Really would like some advice!
