For The Past 2 Weeks In Have Been Experiencing 24x7

For the past 2 weeks in have been experiencing 24x7 extreme dry mouth and "thick" tongue. I take no medications other than fish oil & multivitamin. I do not smoke or do drugs and there has been no change in my diet . I have tried bioteem both gargle & spray - neither help- any advice would be welcome- thank you
