For The Past 3/4 Days I Have An Vaginal Itching,

For the past 3/4 days I have an vaginal itching, some yellow/white ish discharge, a little brow discharge (my period just ended 2 days ago) and it burns when I wipe my self after using the rest room. Mainly on just the left side. I had a Pap smear in March and I had no STI's and I've only had intercourse with one person this past year who has no STD's. I've gotten medication for a yeast infection. But, I'm not positive it is one. What could possibly be wrong?
