For The Past 3/4 Days I Have Been Really Tired

For the past 3/4 days I have been really tired but not sleep tired very light headed enough to make me lose balance pain like hot needles going through my left breast ice cold felling in my left hand and arm with slight tingling I had a very mild heart attack 7/8 months ago I have taken the spray under my tounge about 2hrs age the thing is I don't feel really ill just uncomfortable
