For The Past 3 Days Now I Have Had Really

For the past 3 days now I have had really bad chest pain, it sometimes last for a couple seconds sometimes almost 10-15 min when I drink cold liquids it feels like someone is stabbing me in my chest. Also at random time I feel like something is on my chest like its really tight..
What does that mean?
