For The Past 3 Months (I've Been Keeping Track) I

For the past 3 months (I've been keeping track) I get this pain behind my ears days before and during my menstal cycle. I have taken aleve and even motive 600mg. It usually feels a little better but I still have this dull pain behind my ears. It only goes away completely when my menstal cycle ends. Is this cause for concern
