For The Past 3 Months My Left Foot Has Started

For the past 3 months my left foot has started to give me a lot of pain when I am walking in running shoes. The pain started in the arch and now the location is in the outer edge of my foot and then the pain moves to the top of my foot. Often i get a stinging sensation. In the past week the pain has started in my right foot. I bought new running shoes thinking that was the problem and the new shoes did help a lot. I started to start celebrex before going on my am walk and the pain does lessen. What is causing this pain? I do not have diabetes. Any helpful diagnosis or suggestions would be most helpful. Thank you
