For The Past 3 To 4 Years I Have Had

For the past 3 to 4 years I have had problems with my bowel. Not constipation but explosive bowel movements. I cannot hold it so need to be near a toilet at most times I have cut my food intake and now eat 4-6 smaller meals each day. I have regular colonoscopies but they are clear. Any ideas? I am 66years of age and have good health
