For The Past 3 Weeks I Have Been Very Lightheaded,

For the past 3 weeks I have been very lightheaded, having trouble concentrating, all over weakness and have in the past my vision has had some changes, very sensitive to light and have actually went dark this past winter. Right now I can hardly hold my head up. I just want someone to tell me why I am this way.
