For The Past 3 Weeks Or So, I Have Had

For the past 3 weeks or so, I have had severe pain in my right arm that runs down to my elbow. Sometimes, it also begins in my neck, and goes down my right arm. I'm unable to get any relief, can barely sleep, and am pretty much miserable all the time. I've tried naproxen sodium, but it makes my feet/legs swell, and ibuprofen gives short-term relief, but again, too much and my legs/feet swell. I can't take prednisone due to adverse reactions. Tramadol alleviates the pain at night, but I know, being a substance abuse counselor, that they are addictive, and I'm not taking chances. What else is there to do? I'm at my wit's end! YYYY@YYYY
