For The Past 4-5 Days I've Been Experiencing The Following

For the past 4-5 days I've been experiencing the following symptoms only in my house and predominantly in the evening, shortness of breath which makes me cough and my throat feels tight when I swallow, what is wrong with me. My have also been hearing popping and pressure in my ear.
