For The Past 4 Days I Have Back Pain, Bloating,

For the past 4 days I have back pain, bloating, belching, nausea and vomited last night. Haven't eaten today. No UTI symptoms. No fever. Tender Left side abdomen. Labs 1 month ago were good. I am concerned about gallbladder or gastritis. What is my next diagnostic test? I am 64, not on any medications.
