For The Past 6-7 Months I Have Had An Increasing

For the past 6-7 months i have had an increasing blotting of my abdomen I had a ct scan of my abdomen and only thing found was a fatty liver. I am a poor eater and have always been i guess one can say i do not eat very healthy, but i have always eaten this way. the rest of my body is small except fot this abdomen i look like i am pregnant. Don't know what to do
