For The Past Couple Days I Have Been Sweating Bad,

For the past couple days I have been sweating bad, no matter what my head was hot but my body would be cold. Also I have been feeling really nauseas, and I went to the bathroom and my stool was a dark dark green. I just got over a sinus infection about 2 weeks ago. Do i need emmidate medical attention or is it just a flu?
