For The Past Couple Moths, Only A Few Times Have

For the past couple moths, only a few times have I been using the bathroom, but when I looked down, there have been these tiny pink clumps, with sometimes little white strands... and they were no bigger than a dime. This last time I just used the bathroom, I looked down and there's a pink lump a little bit bigger than a dime. I didn't feel it come out at all, but it's so much bigger than any of the ones I've seen. What could it be? I'm not even sure if it came out the urethra...
