For The Past Couple Of Days I Have Had An

For the past couple of days I have had an odd sensation of pressure on my right cheekbone and right temple. I can't see any swelling but the bone feels like it's protruding more than the other side and it gets sore when I talk a lot. My ear on that side feels stuffed up too and I'm worried sick about what this could possibly be. I'm on antibiotics in case its a sinus infection, but the rest of my face feels fine.
