For The Past Couple Of Days My Hands Have Smelled

For the past couple of days my hands have smelled somewhat like sulphur or rotting eggs with a slight metallic scent. I have also found it extremely difficult to wake up in the mornings and remain awake for the entire day. My appetite has begun to fluctuate immensely. I have been diagnosed with both Asthma and Eczema but I am currently not taking any medication for either condition. Recently, I have also began working out. My period is also a couple days late.
