For The Past Couple Of Months I Have This Feeling

For the past couple of months I have this feeling on and off.. Generally very sparatic and can't pin point when it will flare up. Its a awful cramp in my lower left abdomen. The cramping stops me in my tracks and I literally can't move. Them I feel a bubble is stuck there. It hurts so bad. Its not period related but I wish it was
