For The Past Couple Of Weeks I Have Been Having

For the past couple of weeks I have been having unsteadiness when I stand after being seated, my heart is racing, I get terribly dizzy/lightheaded. But normally when I sit down I feel better. My feet are swollen and my legs feel tight/stiff. I have had a dissection of a coronary artery in 2013, I've been to my regular doctor regarding this and on paper I look the picture of health. I did back in 2013 as well but I had a dissection that was found when the hormone levels were checked. Now I am getting chest pains. I don't know if I should go to the ER again or wait for my morning appointment tomorrow.
