For The Past Few Days, I Have Had This Burning

For the past few days, I have had this burning pain that is sudden in my lower esophagus above my sternum. I have a pain that radiates down the inner aspect of my left arm that is like a pinching and stinging feeling. I am very tired and I have a migraine. I currently take propranolol for a fast heart rate because I only have one kidney. The pain is still occurring while I am lying down.
