For The Past Few Days It Hurts When I Urinate,

For the past few days it hurts when I urinate, not like stinging but my groin and when I pee and I'm almost done it's like my bladder stops it all the way from emptying. Which also hurts, there's also very light blood when I wipe. This has been going on for a few days. I also have to go a lot. & as soon as I go it feels like I have to go again. Today when I went, these particles came out they looked kind of like skin?
