For The Past Few Days My Upper And Lower Teeth

For the past few days my upper and lower teeth on the right side have been super sensitive to hot and cold food. Yesterday and today , an hour or so after I've eaten lunch a severe pain shots through my upper teeth, lower teeth and jaw on my right side. I took an advil and it's calming down. There is no bleeding or puss. I went to the dentist in Dec. for fillings and had no problems until now.
