For The Past Few Months I’ve Been Feeling The Sensation

For the past few months I’ve been feeling the sensation of something being in the right side of the throat. It seems to be right under my jaw in the areas where you check for a pulse and down right before my collar bone. During this time I have been spitting constantly with a white phlegm. I’ve taken acid reducing medication and nasel spray which don’t seem to work at all. I also notice that my right nostril seems to be stuffed and my right ear at time seems congested. Could wisdom teeth be the cause of my issues? They don’t hurt really bad but I do people a small aching pressure at times at the top and bottom of my mouth near them. There is no puss or pets of my guns that hurt.
