For The Past Few Months, My Scrotum Has Had Excessive

For the past few months, my scrotum has had excessive secretion from the skin. I would see wet spots on my underwear(I take off my underwear when I go to sleep). At first I thought it was an abrasion, but there's no blood. It would basically be the lower side of the scrotum sack. I looked with a mirror and flashlight, there is no abrasion nor lesion, no cuts. The skin color is normal. I would wipe it dry, but the fluid doesn't scab(as I thought it was plasma to form a scab), and would continue to secrete. I cannot say if it itches...as I am a T7 paraplegic. Do I have a fungal infection?
