For The Past Few Months My Skin Has Been Reacting

For the past few months my skin has been reacting to random things and it causes me to break out in hives, and the area becomes swollen. Its really itchy and it always has a burning sensation. I dont remember the last time i have been to the doctor besides when I got a physical last year.
