For The Past Few Weeks, I Have Been Feeling Extremely

For the past few weeks, I have been feeling extremely tired & sleepy, nauseated, no appetite, dizzy, & thirsty. I also have a fairly large thyroid nodule that is visible . Are these symptoms related? I had the nodule biopsied about 4 years ago & it wasn't malignant. My GP wanted to watch it. It has gotten larger since the biopsy and I have been having more difficulty swallowing & a scratchy voice more often.
