For The Past Few Years I've Had Protitis And Um

For the past few years I've had protitis and um now being told i have endometriosis as well also a cyst on one of my ovaries.... I've had two period cycles this month...one on the 6th then the other on the 16th... can you suggest as to what might be happening?
