For The Past Month And A Half Or So, I've

For the past month and a half or so, I've been involuntarily falling asleep for hours after I eat or even drink something. I wake up, eat yogurt and an apple for breakfast, and fall asleep almost immediately no matter how hard I try to stay up. I'm very healthy, I eat mostly fruits, vegetables and grains. For protein I eat yogurt, kefir, nuts, lentils and beans. Even when I drink coffee I usually fall asleep before I'm finished with the cup. I also exercise a lot. I enjoy dancing, Zumba, bike riding and running. I don't know what is wrong with me. Before that, I was and still am lethargic a lot, and I have cluster headaches at least 5 days a week when I used to just have them maybe twice a year. Also, about 2 and a half years ago I started having seizures out of the blue, and by now they have become so consistent that I'm really used to it. Those also make me fall asleep, but my body and mind feel different after sleeping off a seizure than a bite to eat. I'm on meds for ptsd, but these symptoms started getting progressively more frequent after I had already been on the medicine for 6 or more months with no problems from that.
