For The Past Month Or So I Have Had Cold

For the past month or so I have had cold toes stretching back about half the length of my feet this is apparent when I am seated at home/in the car/train. In bed at night it is ok. can you help please...I am 74 years of age and weigh 14 st 11 lbs and reducing (intentionall) I am 5. 10 ins tall. I live in the south west of YYYY@YYYY Is this enquiry going to cost me....I don't see a scale of charges...please advise before charging me please
