For the past month or so, I've been experience worsening hip pain that seems to alternate between the side of my hip and the top, front (groin) of my left leg. At times, I can barely put weight on that leg, as in walking up and down stairs and getting in and out of the driver's side of a car. I am 54, pretty active, and go on long, daily walks; however, the pain has gotten significantly worse since I have become more active (recently took up Pickleball, which like tennis, requires a lot of short sprints). Do you have any ideas as to what could be causing this pain and suggestions for stretches or other methods to relieve it? Please let me know if you need more details. Thank you! Tracy
