For The Past Several Days, I Feel A Cold Dripping

For the past several days, I feel a cold dripping feeling on the left side of head, right above the outside corner of my left eyebrow? What kind of dr. would I see for that...my family doctor? In addition, for several weeks, I've had strange pains that come & go quick in different areas of my head.
