For The Past Several Weeks, When I Lay Down At

For the past several weeks, when I lay down at night (usually on my left side), I get extremely dizzy-just for a few seconds. The past few days, same scenario, I'm getting a type of pain or pulsation right behind my left ear. I can't describe it well, but it is really scaring me. I also had this intermittent pain earlier today. My blood pressure is fine. I got it checked at the pharmacy this evening.
