For The Past Three Days I Have Been Having Occasional

For the past three days I have been having occasional pain under my right rib area to the side. I do have a right renal atreial stent on that side but the pain seems higher than where the stent is. I seem to have more pain after I eat. I don't have a gallbladder so I know its not that. I am wondering what could be causing the pain. Any ideas?
