For The Past Three Days I've Had Diarrhea And Yesterday

For the past three days I've had diarrhea and yesterday I felt a little better yesterday and all of the sudden today I had stomach cramps and mild diarrhea and I'm feeling very nauseous as well as clammy and weak
I have anxiety and feel like it's adding to my issues as well.
