For The Past Three Days My Thyroid Area And The

For the past three days my thyroid area and the cartilidge above it have been very sore, feels swollen from the inside but not to touch it on the outside, very tender to the touch, hurts to swallow or tip my head back and stretch the area. It's day three and I'm getting raspy.
