For The Past Three Nights I Have Been Waking Up

For the past three nights I have been waking up to find yellowish green spots on my pillow. I looked it up Google and all I could find was it could be related to GERD. My mother was diagnosed with this a year ago. Should I be concerned? What can I do to stop this from happening. I am an otherwise healthy 19 year old female.
