For The Past Three Weeks , First Visit Had To
For the past three weeks , first visit had to my pulmonologists,was prescribed Cefirixinev400 mg for 7 days ; claricort 2 x a day for 2 weeks; Acetylcysteine dissolved in water 10days. . On the 2nd visit after exhausting all prescribed medication, my coughing, wheezing still there. I was prescribed again to take methylprednisone 7 tabs to take on a graduated frequency ; nebulize 3 x a day using Duavent ; montelukast +levocetirizine once at bedtime.
It has been 6 days since my last pulmo visit, my cough still there and tight . I had been xray before the 1st visit.
What do I do , visit my pulmo again or finished the prescribed meds first. Am worried that the asthma attack will add to my heart priblem, aortic valve stenosis severe, right coronory artery 80% clooged, thachycardia and hypertension . Am 71 years old.
