For The Past Two Days I Have Experienced A Thick

For the past two days I have experienced a thick yellow discharge when wiping.. this does not occur every time just three times over the last two days.. don't notice any odor of itching.. should I go see my Dr and if I do how will the doctor diagnosed the problem
