For The Past Two Days I Have Gotten Up Thru

For the past two days I have gotten up thru the night and gone to the restroom and urinated. When I have wiped I have wiped poop. There is no poop in my bung hole or on my panties. Could you please help me with ome possibilities. It is 7 pm and of course my Dr.'s office is closed and I am very concerned as what this could be.
