For The Past Two Days, I've Been Really Really Itching

For the past two days, I've been really really itching to the point where it kept me up at night. I will list my symptoms below:

-Extreme itching of the inner labia and clitoris ONLY (not the outer or inside the vagina - those are fine)
-No discharge different than normal that I notice
-No pain or burning when I urinate (although there is a frequent urge and it seems a bit difficult to start the flow).
-It's NOT a UTI. I know what those feel like and that's not it.

Things I've tried:

-Salt bath did not work
-Vagicaine cream does nothing
-pH balanced wash does nothing
-Sleeping with a cotton towel between my legs seems to help a bit and cold water makes it stop to an extent.
-Antihistamine medicines do nothing.

My husband took a look and said it looks like there is increased blood flow to the area but no visible parasites or bumps.

The unfortunate part is that a billion things could be causing this:

-Recently been under lots of stress and have been breaking out in hives on arms and legs. The antihistamines usually take care of that itching, but not this one.
-Around the time it started, I had bought and worn a pair of underwear from a WalMart without washing them first (because I've never had a problem before).
-My wedding night (Friday) the hubby and I went at it pretty rough and I was sore for two days immediately up until the itching started.
-Been slumming around some cheap hotels during a few nights of our honeymoon.

So, it can be a lot of things and the other unfortunate part is that we are out of state and 1500 miles away from any Kaiser building. And we've spent all our money on the wedding, so it's not like we can pay a huge Urgent Care bill to get reimbursed later.

Guess the question is does this look familiar to anyone? Is it something I should be worried about? We will be back home in three days, so I'll see a doctor then if the itching doesn't stop. In the mean time, what can I do?
