For The Past Two Days I've Had Severe Stabbing Pains

For the past two days I've had severe stabbing pains in my abdomen and it gets a lot worse when eating or drinking. Even waking up in the makes it worse I haven't, slept since the pain started. Should I go the hospital? What could it be? Major or minor?
