For The Past Two Evenings I Have Excessive Saliva And

For the past two evenings I have excessive saliva and feel thirsty even though I'm drinking plenty. My tongue will feel wierd and I also have an achy feeling underneath my tongue as well as under my chin almost where my glands are. Almost as if I can feel my saliva glands producing very strange and very uncomfortable almost hurts
