For The Past Two Months I've Been Dealing With A

For the past two months I've been dealing with a rather intense itch in my groin. There is a red rash-like area on my scrotum. It hasn't spread to any of the penis, no blisters or lesions either. My inner thighs are somewhat red right where they meet my groin. As well as small whitish bumps on the left side in my thigh. I've taken a whole a anti fungal course of lotromin ultra, to no avail. What could this be?
