For The Past Two Weeks I Have Been Suffering Moderate

For the past two weeks I have been suffering moderate abdominal cramps, and it hurts when I press on my lower abdomen. I did not have a menstrual cycle in April. My feces have the consistency of mucus with no odor and my lower abdomen really hurts when my bladder is full or have a bowel movement.
