For The Past Two Years I Have Experienced Light Headednesss,

For the past two years I have experienced light headednesss, dizziness, and my heart seems to have extra beats sometimes. Rarely I feel tightness in my chest, confusion and buzzing in my head. My resting heart rate is about 75 bbm and my bp is 110/67. I notice it mostly when at rest or trying to sleep. It has woken me up before. My dr did an EKG and said I was having panic attacks. What else could be going on? My grandfather died of a massive heart attack @ 35! Can I see a family dr to address my concerns or do I have to go somewhere else? Thanks.
