For The Past Week I Have Had A Noticeable Pulse

For the past week I have had a noticeable pulse on my lower right jaw when I am laying down. It is only 1 pulse every 5-8 minutes. I have an implant in the back of my jaw, where I think it is happening. I have no pain whatsoever and have not had any recent trauma in my mouth.
