For The Past Week, I Have Had A Cough With

For the past week, i have had a cough with little to no production. I went to the urgent care on Saturday 1/7 and he said he thinks its Bronchitis. He gave me a chest X-ray, which came back clear, and told me to start on some musinex and my inhaler. On sunday night I went to the ER with a fever of 104.3 and body aches along with a hard time breathing. They gave me IV and a chest X-ray, which came back clear again, and gave me a dose of steroids that last in my system for 3 days. He told me he thinks its a bad case of bronchitis and told me to follow up with my doctor. I went to my doctor yesterday 1/12, she listened to my chest and said she heard some concerning sounds in my right lung. She gave me a large shot of antibiotics, sent me home with some as well, and did a chest X-ray. She was concerned that it was early stages of pneumonia. She emailed me and said that the X-ray was clear, but to still take the antibiotics and to see her monday. It is now Saturday and i have a constant rattling in my chest, i produce hardly anything when I cough, and now I'm coughing up blood clot looking things. it hurts to breathe, my throat is killing me and I'm coughing almost nonstop. Im to the point of tears because it hurts. would you recommend i go back to the ER since i am in pain, coughing a lot, and now coughing up blood?
